Ty is so professional, so knowledgeable, and by far the best tech I’ve seen! I have an older unit on a house. I built an over the years I’ve had to repair it at least every other year I have dealt with multiple companies and multiple technicians. I have a home warranty, which sometimes can make the companies not be as responsive.
Chrissy Air will come out on a weekend. They answer their phone all the time when other companies would not. Ty was able to fix both of my systems and get them up and running in a very short time when other technicians had struggled and suggested I needed to get new units. It turned out that previous people had worked on them had wired them incorrectly and Ty was able to fix them and have them running perfectly for me. I highly recommend crispy air and I suggest you call them and ask for Ty.

The technician that was sent to our home was very polite and has 5 years of HVAC experience. His name is Ty. He is a hard worker who explained what was being replaced and answered any questions we had for him re: the replacement of TXV and replacing refrigerant. He has a great attitude and that is rare.
The problem was quickly found and rapidly fixed. Thanks for the great job.
I have been trying to navigate getting my AC system repaired or replaced along with navigating with American Home Shield. My heat stopped working last week. Garrett came first thing this morning. He inspected and diagnosed same as my normal AC company. AHS will repair, but still not cover the freon replacement, $1500. I was able to find a company that can replace my system for a great price. Others, including Crispy are not able to meet price. However, the information I got from Garrett was priceless! He took time to discuss options, what would be best for my home and took time to explain everything. They can't match price I got unfortunately, but great service! Thanks again Garrett!
Justin came out and after some troubleshooting identified a grounding issue that fixed the furnace from not activating on any zone. Checked all dampers and solved problem within 20 min. Very though and explained everything and had photos as unit is in attic.

My home warranty company referred me to Crispy Air and Heating for a full HVAC replacement. The initial visit was professional, and their sales manager offered a year-end deal that was too good to pass up. Installation went smoothly overall, though it did take slightly longer than originally estimated. The crew was polite and generally careful while moving equipment through my second floor and attic.
While I believe the team did their best given the tight spaces and heavy equipment, there were some unfortunate scuffs and chips on walls and door frames upstairs. They did inform me in advance that the attic trim would need to be removed and wouldn’t be reinstalled perfectly, which I understood. However, additional minor home damage did occur during the process. Because of that, I’m deducting one star, but the quality of work and professionalism otherwise met expectations.
