When I purchased my home last year I was 'warned' by the inspector the HVAC units were not only old but used the soon to be 'obsolete' Freon. After realizing my downstairs unit ran 2+ times more often than the upstairs unit over the summer I decided to have another inspection. Garret told me the same thing the inspector said last year and we started talking repair cost vs replacement. I was quoted a competitive price to upgrade/replace both units and the new units were installed the next day. The installation team arrived early (but not too early) and took care with protecting the flooring during removal and installation. The Crispy office team has been very responsive with paperwork to process the SRP rebate :-)
They showed up on the day they said they would! Even though there were a few challenges in replacing my AC/Heat Pump, they stayed until the job was finished! Very good job of keeping me informed throughout the install, Great job guys!
My ac needed to be looked at knowing it was on the way out. Garrett was the technician and i couldn't have been more satisfied with the honesty, professionalism and fast service he provided. We decided on a new unit and it was replaced the very next day! I am very pleased with this company and Garrett for all their hard work! Would highly recommend!
Dude just left. Ac working. AHS contracted company. Would have been 5 stars if this dude showed first. I'm sure it was a training/ inexperience error on dude one, and wish him a long and prosperous life inside the company. Would recommend, and use again. Thanks fellow bald bearded guy.

After being manipulated by the first company AHS sent out for warranty work I am extremely grateful for the work Crispy air completed on my ac unit. They were always on time for their appointments and very detailed with explaining what was needed.

Installation started a bit late in the day due to a prior job, but the team brought the manpower and went the extra mile to complete the installation of two heat pump systems the same day. The technicians were very focused, competent, friendly, and patient. The work site, both indoors and out, was left scrupulously clean and the systems are both performing flawlessly. These folks were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Crispy Air and Heating.
It's never a convenient time for an AC system breakdown, especially during the end of summer while temps are still in the triple digits in the Sonoran Desert. Heat agitates, frustrates, warps emotions and sucks the life right out of you. One hot night sans air conditioning in restless, sticky, sweaty sleep is enough to make one near hostile with a hair trigger come the next day.
Thankfully, American Home Shield dispatched Crispy Air and they scheduled our service visit as quickly as possible. We managed to survive only one night without a working AC system and by the very next night we were resting comfortably and coolly in our home again.
Andrew was our technician and he got right to work diagnosing our system's issue (and having done my own due diligence during our outage, I knew ahead of time our condenser fan motor was shot). Andrew and I briefly discussed the simple repair necessary and then he got busy replacing the motor without any hesitation.
Some of our unit's wiring had been creatively modified (obviously from some previous technician with the former homeowner), so Andrew corrected the wiring as well and before long had us up and running again.
Ours was a short, simple, painless service visit resolved professionally, with kindness and a straight-forward, no-funny-business-required attitude. Andrew was a most excellent technician who exuded experience, confidence and a resolute demeanor and it made our overall experience as easy as possible.
All in all, I am happy to report a very positive, hassle-free, smooth and professional service visit and send my thanks to Andrew at Crispy Air for a job very well done!
We thought our drainage line might be clogged. Garrett came out. He said it was from the humidity but checked it for us. Only provided service needed. Didn't try to up sale us. Only offered services I inquired about. Very professional. I highly recommend.
