Richard came for a second opinion service call. Confirmed the issue and worked with Carrier on the warranty. Part covered and installed. Very impressed with the professionalism. Contracted Crispy for annual services. Please note the first ac company would not confirm or honor the warranty.
This is a follow up to my original review I would not change. While everyone at Crispy Air and Heating is very helpful and professional, I want to single out Timothy Leandro for the exceptional craftsmanship he showed when installing my AC and the follow-up to a professional finish. His craftsmanship is top-tier, but his customer service is even better. As a senior, I felt truly cared for and respected, which is so rare these days. He even went the extra mile to ensure the maintenance would be doable for someone my age. Timothy is a massive asset to this company and absolutely deserves a raise for his work ethic and professionalism. If you want a job done right, he is the one to ask for!"

I was having issues with my AC unit and I called to have a technician come out. The first person who came to assess the situation was Garrett. A really cool & thoughtful young man, however; there were other issues with the unit. After many messages & possible solutions they had Andrew come out to take a look & found the issue shortly after arriving.
I’m grateful & will utilize this company again. So EVERYONE please note that CRISPY AIR & HEAT will take care of ALL of your COOLING & HEATING needs.

After initial mis-diagnosis from a previous Technician, Crispy Air & Heating sent out Manager (Brandon) and Technician (Trey H), who were able to quickly troubleshoot and identify the root cause of couple of issues with my home AC unit. They were honest and transparent with what was needed for the repair, providing a sooner than expected estimated time for completion of the repair.
Technician (Tyrese) was also excellent. He came out late Saturday evening and completed the repair in a timely manner. From an accessibility perspective, it was not an easy repair. He showed me one of the failed components, explaining how it worked. I appreciated the excellent communication and his professionalism.
I highly recommend Trey H. and Tyrese for your AC repair needs. They are honest, professional and competent, something hard to find in this industry in the Phoenix area.
Ty is so professional, so knowledgeable, and by far the best tech I’ve seen! I have an older unit on a house. I built an over the years I’ve had to repair it at least every other year I have dealt with multiple companies and multiple technicians. I have a home warranty, which sometimes can make the companies not be as responsive.
Chrissy Air will come out on a weekend. They answer their phone all the time when other companies would not. Ty was able to fix both of my systems and get them up and running in a very short time when other technicians had struggled and suggested I needed to get new units. It turned out that previous people had worked on them had wired them incorrectly and Ty was able to fix them and have them running perfectly for me. I highly recommend crispy air and I suggest you call them and ask for Ty.

Tyrese was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job repairing our furnace and heating unit.
The technician that was sent to our home was very polite and has 5 years of HVAC experience. His name is Ty. He is a hard worker who explained what was being replaced and answered any questions we had for him re: the replacement of TXV and replacing refrigerant. He has a great attitude and that is rare.
The problem was quickly found and rapidly fixed. Thanks for the great job.
